Enrollment

Enrollment

Enrollment is your opportunity to choose the benefits that fit your needs for the year ahead. During your enrollment window, you can review your options, add eligible dependents, and update your coverage. Once you submit your selections, they stay in place for the plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Key Deadlines

Submit your elections before the deadlines below. Missing the enrollment deadline may prevent you from participating in Office Depot benefits.

  • New Hires — Enroll before your benefits coverage start date.
  • Rehires — If you are rehired:
    • After 13 weeks — You're treated as a new hire and must enroll before your benefits coverage start date.
    • Within 13 weeks — You have 30 days from your rehire date to enroll.
  • Making Changes — If you experience a qualifying life event during the year, you have 31 days from the event date to update your coverage.
  • Annual Enrollment — Enrollment window that generally occurs between October and November each year.
